Scope of Consulting Services
• Carrying out studies and design of the first and second stages in the branches of architecture-structure-electricity-mechanics and geotechnics of construction projects in all related fields, including government projects and private investment.
• Performing the third stage services (supervision) based on the directives and regulations of the Management and Planning Organization, including resident supervision and senior supervision.
• Preparation of meter-estimates and preparation and adjustment of tender documents according to the needs of the employer and holding tender meetings on behalf of the employer
• Controlling the project and controlling the state of the contractors and forming the necessary technical agents to perform the formalities of temporary delivery and final delivery of government construction projects, etc.
• Carrying out all matters related to the construction engineering system organization and municipality in order to obtain permission to prepare plans and permits and finish the building work
